At the Cottage with Keta Diablo

I'm pleased to have Keta visiting the cottage today, who is part of an anthology titled, The Good, The Bad, and The Ghostly. Cowboys and ghosts! I'm putting this anthology on my reading list.

Let's get to know a little about Keta, her book 'Comes An Outlaw', and a peek at the other stories in the anthology.

Keta Diablo lives in the Midwest part of the United States on six acres of woodland. When she isn't writing or gardening she loves to commune with nature. A lifelong animal lover, she also devotes her time and support to the local animal shelters. Keta's a bestselling Amazon author who writes in several genres, including western romance, historical romance, paranormal romance and the occasional gay romance. Her books have received numerous Top Pick, Book of the Month and Recommended Read reviews.

Comes An Outlaw
When a tragic accident claims her husband's life, Jesse Santos must find a way to keep the ranch, the only home her 12-year-old son has ever known. The ranch hands have abandoned her, a gang of cutthroat ranchers want her land and an ancient Yaqui Indian insists a spirit has taken up residence in the house. After a fifteen year absence, her husband's brother, Coy, returns to his childhood home. He doesn't plan on staying, and he certainly doesn't intend to settle down with a widow and her son…no matter how pretty she is. He's an outlaw, after all, and made a decision to put an end to his gun-slinging days long ago. Will his conscience let him walk away from family, or will his heart overrule his head?

  1. Darlene, thanks so much for having us here today. I really enjoyed working with Keta and the others and hope your readers will find stories they enjoy.

  2. Keta and Andrea, thank you for visiting today! I don't read a lot of anthologies, but this one (cowboys and ghosts!) sounds too good :)

  3. Hi, Darlene, thanks for hosting us. This anthology was fun to work on and unique because all the stories are connected by a paranormal detective agency. We built some central facts around that and it was fun to see how each author employed those items. Some agents even crossed over into other stories!

  4. Thank you for hosting us. Keta's story is excellent. All of them are. It was wonderful working with all these talented writers.

  5. What an interesting interview. These stories sound wonderful, great concept cowboys and ghosts!

  6. Howdy Darlene, what a novel idea (pun intended) on your spinoff of interviewing your guests at the cottage. I really like it!

Thanks for hosting me and The Good, The Bad and The Ghostly on your blog. We hope your followers, if they read the stories, enjoy them as much as we enjoyed writing them, Blessings, Keta

  7. Cowboys and ghosts in the wild west sounds so interesting. I love the idea of a paranormal detective agency in that era. I'm so intrigued!
