Here's the new cover for Cherry Red!
I worked on this cover last week and it only took me three designs before I found the exact look I wanted. This story is about a firefighter and a woman who owns a milkshake and snow cone business = fire and ice meet.
For the first time, I used an AI generator to create the photo of a man and woman on a motorbike. After a few tries, this is the one I liked the best. And the fire and ice blended background with the ice cube made the cover come alive. Oh, and the cherries represent the title and the name of the heroine's business.
Three covers done and just seven more to go! :)
Cherry Red
Overstepping the platonic-only rule is as dangerous as fire and ice swirling into a steamy combustion.
This summer, Carly Red focuses on expanding her milkshake and snow cone business. Coerced into attending her ex's engagement party with firefighter, Noah Harding, posing as her “fake” boyfriend stirs up a fiery combination, especially when his warm charm melts the ice guarding her heart.
The fire chief’s daughter should wear a Do Not Touch sign, but Noah's interest burned the moment he first saw Carly. Masquerading as her boyfriend is a no-brainer, but convincing Carly to trust him with her heart proves harder than extinguishing a wildfire.
