This week, Dee definitely has style. She totally rocks the color purple from her lips, eyes, and wig.
Unlike Dee, I'm not a costume gal, but I like to think I have style, lol. As an introvert, I prefer low-key celebrations. I'm more of a fan of Christmas decor than Halloween, but I do have a spooky ghost hanging on the front door. I enjoy seeing the children dressed in their costumes, and I have bagged treats ready for them. When we first moved into our house over thirty years ago, there were so many trick-or-treaters that we ran out of treats, so my husband went to the store to get more. But as those children grew, the amount of younger kids was less each year. With Halloween on a Saturday this year and the weather looking favorable, we have an extra bag of suckers just in case.
