When a Series Refuses to Stay Quiet

In case you missed my book blog tour from the last week of May, for the next couple of days, I'm resharing the blog posts I wrote on those guest stops, so everyone can get to know a little more about Redford Falls.

This post was originally on Wild Women Authors Blog.

When a Series Refuses to Stay Quiet

Some series end on the page, but not in the writer’s mind. Redford Falls is one of those worlds that keeps nudging me long after a book is finished. Just when I think I’ve wrapped every storyline, a new voice steps forward, asking for a chance.

In book six, that voice belonged to the first of the five Marley brothers. Introducing Ethan opened a door I didn’t expect. The moment he arrived, his brothers made it very clear they wanted in, too. Each brother has a past and a tale that’s already taking shape in my notes. Plot threads, personality quirks, and emotional drama are all waiting and quietly building momentum.

That’s the thing about a series. It grows. It stretches. It surprises you. Redford Falls isn’t just a setting anymore. It’s a living, breathing community, and the Marleys are ready to take their place in it. So, stay tuned. There’s more coming from Redford Falls because the Marley brothers aren’t done talking yet.
